A Lifelong Learner interested in how people function

I am a passionate career coach, dedicated to support people achieve their personal and professional goals. This passion comes from a long way back: ever since I was a child, I have always felt a genuine interest in other people, how they are doing, if they are well or if they want to talk. I was the kind of child who never stopped asking questions! At the time, I ignored how powerful and stimulating questions can be, and how they can create real change within ourselves. Like most people, I've lived different lives, learned from mistakes, both professionally and personally.
Over time, I've learned to respect myself and be less hard on myself. I've done this by trying not to judge myself too much and by celebrating every little achievement that I considered crucial to my life and career.
